Hawaiian Island dreams happening in Seattle
From my story, it doesn’t indicate where I originate from. I am from the Hawaiian Islands.
My family loves the Seattle area because it reminds us of Hawaii. The rain that blasts you for 15 minutes and then seemingly never existed after that, or the rain that lasts for days. And, alas, the beautiful sun or the sun-doused cloud cover. It is a little warmer in Hawaii, but the humidity feels very similar.
We wanted to bring some of the Hawaii Aloha spirit into the business, and one way was the coffee. Hawaii has coffee farms on Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island of Hawaii. Seattle has its coffee connoisseurs, but we wanted to bring an interesting and great tasting roaster into Seattle’s collection.
So we can share our love of coffee with you more often than when we service your bicycle needs, we will be bringing a tricycle on-line that will be offering iced and nitro coffees as well as we will still be serving our pour-overs.
We hope you enjoy it!
Much Aloha!

We are heading into the home stretch of summer. The days are slowly getting shorter and kids are getting ready to back to school. I’m enjoying sunrises while sipping coffee before the house wakes up. This is my favorite time of year!
So here I am in Seattle working my dream. I have a mobile bicycle repair shop and a coffee trike that serves Cold Brew and Nitro Coffee.
